Grumble...

So, today was supposed to be easy enough. We knew about it all ahead of time, and it had been ok'ed for a few days now... I'd drive my morning route, run home to bring Terasa to the clinic for a physical that we'd had to reschedule, run her home, and then back to St. Anthony for my afternoon route...

The Lead Driver rode along with me this morning to get a feel for my route in case he had to cover if I was unable to make it back in time. I'm glad he did. On our way out to the appointment we called out to let them know we'd be there (albeit a few minutes late). They informed us that there was no appointment schduled, and that it'd been deleted... Huh?!?!?!

So, we rescheduled for later in the day and I called up The Lead Driver to let him know that my instincts were right... That I wouldn't be able to make it, and that he'd have to drive the route... It was all good, he'd already did a dry-run (practice), and had it under control. I however, didn't... We ended up running late due to circumstances beyond my control, and they told us that we wouldn't be able to keep the appointment for the physical. HOWEVER, we *could* hit the Urgent Care clinic to see a doctor regarding her wrist/hand, as her rheumetoid arthritis was acting up, and her rheumetologist had wanted her to be seen today to get some Prednisone... All we have to do now is rinse/repeat the original plan on Thursday & next Tuesday, w/ to new 11am doctor appointments... They should go much better...
*crosses fingers*
*knocks on wood*
*Prays to the gods*
*Sigh*

All-in-all, a very stressful day; but at least it's over now! Now to focus on dinner and sleep...

Sooo tired...

Sorry for lack of posts... Getting everything ready for today, the first day of school... Not enough sleep... Driving a route that is this messed up has worn me out... I am dead tired... Worn out... And I have to get up before 5am again tommorrow...
